Ahhh... Quake 2. This game is great for so many reasons. First, there's the gameplay. You run around and kill people. It's so simple, yet so much strategy is required to be good at it. Then there's the replay value. The kind folks at id software recognize that us true gamers like to take things apart and screw things up, so they released the partial source code so that we can modify the game. Hundreds of mods are available for Quakers to download for free. A link to one of these excellent modifications can be found at the bottom of this very page. Quake 2 has great graphics, great sounds, great weapons, great everything. If you disagree, then you're lame.

Only id software could be demented enough to come up with such a great game.
Demo Area
These demos are either of me, or other members of my clan, The Dirty Little Bastards. Some are from games that were really intense, and some are just plain funny (such as Lag.) Download and enjoy. Oh, and please don't email me and tell me about all the stupid things that I do, you probably can't point out anything that I didn't kick myself for right after I finished the game.

It might also help if you downloaded Demoplay. This program is awesome. You just tell it where Quake 2 is and it will play the demo from any directory, or even from within a .zip file. This is especially useful since demos usually get over 50% compression.
